For orders placed by the Buyer outside of Turkey, the Seller shall not be held responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or additional charges arising from customs regulations, taxation, or banking practices in the country of delivery.

ARTICLE 4 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 (fourteen) days without assuming any legal or penal liability and without giving any reason.

• For service contracts, the withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded.
• For goods contracts, it begins on the day the Buyer or a third party designated by the Buyer receives the goods.
• If multiple goods are delivered separately in a single order, the withdrawal period begins on the day the last item is received.
• For goods consisting of multiple parts, it begins on the day the last part is received.
• For contracts involving regular delivery of goods, it begins on the day the first item is received.

For contracts involving both goods and services, the provisions regarding withdrawal for goods shall apply.

The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within the 14-day period by notifying the Seller via email at info@themelioracollective.com.
