TRANSACTION GUIDE

ORDER STEPS

  • Select the products and add them to your cart.

  • Choose your previously saved delivery address or add a new one. You can change your delivery address before your order is shipped.

  • Select your payment method (bank or credit card).

  • Before confirming your order, review the information you entered in the “Order Summary” section and make any changes you wish.

  • Once you are sure the information provided is correct, tick the boxes confirming that you have read and accepted the Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement, then click the “Make Payment” button to complete your order.

INFORMATION REGARDING THE AGREEMENT FOR YOUR THE MELIORA COLLECTIVE ORDER

The Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement created electronically between The Meliora Collective and the customer in relation to electronic commerce are stored electronically for a period of 10 years.

ACTIONS YOU CAN TAKE AFTER YOUR ORDER IS CONFIRMED

Address Change

If you have placed an order to the wrong address, you can change the billing and delivery address of your order before it is shipped by using the “Edit Address” buttons in the “My Orders” page.

Cancellation and Returns

If you wish to cancel your order before it is delivered to you, you can carry out the cancellation process via the “My Orders” page. To return delivered orders or exercise your right of withdrawal, please send an email to info@themelioracollective.com. We will provide you with the necessary information and the steps to be followed (such as shipping details) via email.

Correction of Errors During the Ordering Process

Before completing your order, the total amount you will pay, including VAT and shipping costs, is clearly displayed under the “Order Summary” section. If there is any information you would like to change or believe to be incorrect, you may:

(i) click on the “My Cart” button to make changes in the “My Cart” page, or

(ii) click on the “Edit Address” button to make the necessary changes to your delivery details.

Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanisms

In the event of disputes between The Meliora Collective and the consumer, within the monetary limits determined annually in December by the Ministry of Trade, the Consumer Arbitration Board or the Consumer Court located in your place of residence or where the consumer transaction took place shall be authorized.
